These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the AnimeCollectibles UK website and purchases made from AnimeCollectibles UK Ltd (company registration: 12345678). By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms. Our aim is transparent, collector-focused commerce and reliable UK fulfilment. Every page that displays pricing and stock clearly indicates that prices are in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. We dispatch from our UK warehouse so UK customers do not incur additional customs or import charges. If you do not agree with any part of these terms you must stop using the site and contact support for assistance.

Ordering, Pricing & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices shown on the site are inclusive of UK VAT for deliveries to UK addresses; international orders may be subject to separate duties and fees depending on the destination and applicable local rules. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to decline or cancel orders when inaccuracies occur. Payment is processed securely using third-party payment providers; we accept cards, PayPal and Klarna (Pay in 3) as listed at checkout. Your payment authorisation constitutes an offer to purchase, and a contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods or, for pre-orders, when you receive an order confirmation that specifies the pre-order conditions. We do not store full payment details on our servers; payment processors store and manage card data according to their terms.

Shipping, Delivery & Customs

AnimeCollectibles UK dispatches orders from our UK fulfilment centre. Shipping options include Standard and Express with tracked courier services. UK delivery estimates are provided at checkout and depend on postcode and service chosen; an order confirmation will include tracking details when an item ships. For UK-bound buyers all displayed prices include VAT and we complete export and import procedures so no further customs fees apply. International customers should note local import duties and taxes may apply per destination regulations; these are outwith our control. Pre-orders and backorders show estimated dispatch windows supplied by manufacturers; dates may change and we will notify affected customers if estimates shift. For combined orders we attempt consolidated shipment to reduce cost and packaging where practical.

Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

Our returns policy supports collectors: if an item arrives damaged, missing parts, or materially not as described, please contact support within 14 days of delivery with photos and order details. For unopened goods you may cancel an order prior to dispatch; once an item has shipped cancellation is treated as a return subject to inspection. We will provide returns instructions and, where applicable, a return label. Refunds are issued after inspection and on confirmation of the returned item's condition; refunds exclude any additional services you requested (such as bespoke packing) unless the return is due to our error. Pre-orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch following the manufacturer and supply conditions; some pre-order items have non-refundable deposits—these terms are displayed on the product page. We process refunds to the original payment method where possible and in accordance with the payment provider’s rules.

Limitation of Liability & Warranty

We endeavour to supply authentic, licensed products sourced from authorised manufacturers. To the extent permitted by law, AnimeCollectibles UK Ltd excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from purchase, except where statutory rights apply. Our liability for direct loss resulting from proven breach of contract is limited to the purchase price of the goods. Product warranties are provided by manufacturers and vary by product; where a manufacturer warranty applies we will assist with claims and replacements. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under consumer protection laws. If you receive a defective item we will work to repair, replace or refund as appropriate, consistent with the Returns Policy linked in the footer.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. For consumers, this choice of law does not remove protections granted by local mandatory consumer protection rules. If a dispute arises we ask customers to contact support to attempt amicable resolution in the first instance. Where disputes cannot be resolved informally we may agree to alternative dispute resolution or pursue matters through courts of competent jurisdiction in England and Wales. The UK has consumer dispute mechanisms and you may also contact the UK’s Alternative Dispute Resolution providers where appropriate.
